Captured, monitored and ensured standardisation of semantic and visual reference models for deployment process of corporate IT services management.
Identification and design of visual models cross referecing process, proceedures, interdependencies and progress for IT service delivery across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea Business Units and ongoing Building, Civils and Infrastructure Projects.
Work scope included : Change Impact Assessments, Deployment Support Operations, Training, Business Site Support, Continuous Improvement, Service Level Agreements, User Acceptance Testing, Data Conversion, Post Implementation Reviews and Enhancements. Communication models ensured deployment process and communication products ensured liaison with users and executive stakeholders.
